      • Assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans
      • Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other interventions
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
      • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
      • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
      • Stay current with evolving techniques and best practices in rehabilitation medicineWhat You Need
        Required:
        
        • Valid state license in Minnesota
        • Experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation
          Preferred:
          
          • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
          • Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload effectively
